Team Leader and Project Manager Software Development (m/f/x)

CHERRY Embedded Solutions (formerly Theobroma Systems), based in Vienna, Austria, develops and manufactures reliable System-on-Modules (SoM), Single-Board-Computers (SBC) and innovative HW/SW/Cloud solutions for the healthcare sector.

We are recruiting for our branch in Vienna a Team Leader and Project Manager Software Development (m/f/x)

Your tasks:

• Leading and supporting the Software Development team
• Managing development and integration projects
• Handling customer requirements
• Ensuring that project goals are achieved in terms of quality, cost and deadline fulfilment
• Initiating and supporting improvement measures

Your profile:

• University degree in computer science, electrical engineering, technical physics or similar qualification
• Several years of experience in managing employees and leading projects in the field of software development and integration of HW/SW-based solutions
• Extensive experience as a developer, ideally in the field of open source software
• Solid handling of PM processes (agile, V-model, hybrid) and tools
• Ability to develop efficient, technical solutions together with the SW team
• Structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working
• Flexible and resilient personality with a high level of commitment, communication and teamwork skills
• Business-fluent German and very good English skills
• Willingness to undertake business trips

We offer:

• Annual gross salary starting at 71,848 € on a full-time basis, according to the collective bargaining agreement for the "Data Processing, Information Technology" segment, with a higher salary available for those with appropriate levels of experience and qualifications
