At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for an Interface Designer to join our UniQue team.

  • Translate business needs into UI designs and wireframes
  • Coordinate UX/UI design projects and serve as the technical interface between business, project leaders, and developers
  • Produce software architecture documents and participate in technical meetings with users and stakeholders
  • Contribute to UI testing scenarios, results analysis, and assist with testing, documentation, deployment, and reporting
  • Evaluate UI solutions for usability, identify key issues, and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Design graphical elements such as illustrations, visuals, infographics, and data visualizations
  • Conduct tests (unit, functional, A/B, end-to-end, etc.) and create technical documentation

Requirements

What will you be bringing to the team?

  • Master Degree in IT or related field with a minimum of 10 years of experience in IT or Bachelor Degree with a minimum of 14 years of general IT experience
  • Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Balsamiq, InVision, UXPin)
  • Design and graphical tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Customization of collaborative tools (e.g., Atlassian Confluence)
  • User-centered design principles, usability test plans, and user testing techniques (e.g., A/B testing, eye tracking, remote usability testing)
  • User testing at all stages of a project (e.g., dynamic/static verification, post-release testing)
  • Knowledge of UX design best practices, visual and typographic design disciplines, web ergonomics, responsive design, data protection, and security principles
  • Familiarity with EC eUI and the Europa Web Guide is a plus
  • Very good knowledge of written and spoken English and French is required (B2 level)
