Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our data strategy and ensuring the successful implementation of our data initiatives. You will be responsible for analysing complex datasets, providing actionable insights and reports, and contributing to the development of our data platform. Your technical aptitude, curiosity, and autonomy will be essential as you collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends that support business objectives.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate data findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement data pipelines and ELT processes.
• Participate in the creation and enhancement of our data platform, ensuring it meets the needs of various business units.
• Provide technical expertise and support in data modelling, data integration, and data warehousing.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide solutions that drive business value.

About YOU

• More than 3 years of significant experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a Startup or a software company.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Qlik, Power BI).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Curiosity and a passion for leveraging data to drive business outcomes.
