Join our Datashift team as an Analytics Manager and help shape the future of our fast-growing Analytics domain.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the expansion and growth of our domain through strategic business development.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery and impactful results across multiple projects.
• Take full ownership of project execution, driving meaningful business outcomes.
• Foster a down-to-earth leadership approach, mentoring and inspiring a team of consultants to reach new heights.
• Act as a key driver of client success, making a lasting impact in the data-driven world.
• Play an integral role in the leadership team, contributing to future strategies and driving organizational growth.
• Collaborate closely with senior management and industry experts to define a long-term roadmap for success.
• Represent Datashift and the Analytics domain with passion and expertise.
  
  
  

Your Qualifications:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in consulting, including at least 5 years in leadership roles with commercial responsibilities and client management expertise.
• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication (both written and verbal), and interpersonal skills.
• A Master’s degree in Informatics, Business Economics, Civil Engineering, or Information Management.
• Fluency in Dutch and/or French, as well as English.
