Your Job

Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company, is building solutions in partnership with global biopharmaceutical companies to service the expanding need for self-administrated drug delivery devices suitable for especially liquid injectable drugs.

Electromechanical auto injectors and pumps are a cornerstone of this growing market, and a core business segment at Phillips-Medisize. We seek a technically strong and experienced Senior Project Manager to further drive our growth and offerings within this field. You will lead selected project(s) of auto injector or pump projects, as well as the core team playing an essential role in building our pipeline in GID-EU / Development.

The ideal candidate holds a solid technical understanding of technical drug delivering devices combined with strong project management skills. Our preference is to locate you in either of our Copenhagen or Struer offices.

What You Will Do

• Develop project proposals and initial planning of projects entering the pipeline
• Accountable for delivering on a Project within budget and set framework
• Responsible for drafting project specific Statement of Works
• Responsible for ensuring project alignment and reporting with stakeholders
• Responsible for motivating and driving development teams
• Responsible for customer interaction and alignment
  
  
  

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• University degree in Engineering, Sciences or equivalent
• Solid experience within project management of drug delivery solutions
• Full professional proficiency in English
• Strong technical skills
• Customer focus and ability to build relationships with customers from multiple cultures and geographies.

• Proven success in managing larger electromechanical development projects within drug delivery devices
• Deep technical understanding of medical device regulations and standards within drug delivery
• Experience within consultancy work
• Ability to engage with stakeholder at all levels in the organization
• Experience with defining scope of delivery in commercial contracts
• Solid people management skills
