Product Development Manager

Our client is a well-established European investment management house. They are seeking an experienced and innovative Fund Change Manager to join the firm’s high performing Cross Border Product Development & Innovation Team.

Working closely alongside senior stakeholders, the Fund Change Manager will take responsibility for the following:

• Play an instrumental part in the management and development of a diverse fund range
• The design and development of new investment products
• Working closely with key stakeholders across product management, marketing, portfolio management, and legal functions.
• Responsible for the proactive development of new product initiatives and the enhancement of existing fund offerings, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market demands.
• Managing product lifecycles, from conceptualization to implementation, and collaborating with various teams to execute fund reshapes, mergers, and liquidations.
• Project managing key projects related to fund launches and fund changes.

The Fund Change Manager will meet the following experience:

• 5-10 years of experience in product development, product implementation, or fund launches
• Knowledge across investment fund vehicles e.g. AIFs, SICAVs, UCITs
• Excellent project management skills
