About the Role:

For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for AI/ML Engineer to join the Advanced Analytics team.

Main Responsibilities:

Thanks to your ability to understand business challenges, you will translate them into effective AI solutions that align with organizational needs. By collaborating closely with data scientists and cross-functional teams, you will design, develop, and implement AI solutions that integrate seamlessly into existing systems. Your work will ensure that AI-driven initiatives contribute to solving complex problems while remaining practical and scalable.

You will deploy AI solutions in production environment ensuring smooth integration with current technologies. By continuously monitoring and evaluating the performance, you will identify areas for optimization and fine-tune models to enhance accuracy and efficiency. Your insights will help refine AI strategies, making them more adaptive and impactful over time.

Through your expertise, you will serve as a key reference for AI-related initiatives within the organization. Keeping up with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, you will contribute to ongoing innovation while maintaining clear documentation of models, algorithms, and workflows. Your structured approach will support knowledge sharing and long-term sustainability of AI solutions.

Who we are looking for:

Thanks to your advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, you bring a strong foundation in AI concepts and machine learning algorithms. With 4 to 7 years of experience in AI development and implementation, you are comfortable designing, training, and optimizing models to address complex challenges. Your expertise in Python allows you to efficiently develop and integrate AI solutions, leveraging key frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and Keras.

You will make the most of cloud platforms to deploy and scale AI models, ensuring efficiency and adaptability in different environments. Your familiarity with big data technologies, including Hadoop and Spark, will help you manage large datasets and extract meaningful insights. Whether improving existing models or building new ones, your analytical skills and problem-solving mindset will play a key role in delivering innovative and effective solutions.

Collaboration is at the heart of this role, and your ability to communicate ideas clearly will enable you to work effectively within cross-functional teams. Your resourcefulness and creativity will allow you to explore new approaches and continuously refine AI applications.
