- About the Role
This role is great for someone with recruitment experience who is also excited to expand develop their skills in other areas of the People discipline.
- What You'll Do
- Own BHOUT’s end-to-end recruitment processes, from attracting and sourcing top talent to conducting interviews and extending offers;
- Partner with hiring managers to identify role requirements, define the ideal candidate profile, and support the final decision-making process;
- Create a meaningful and impactful onboarding experience;
- Manage all administrative aspects of onboarding, from offer acceptance to the first day of employees and contractors;
- Design and implement new hire orientation programs to ensure seamless integration into the company culture and operations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, offering expert guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate payment for all employees;
- Maintain up-to-date payroll records and generate reports as needed.
- Manage the company’s benefits and perks programs, staying up-to-date with industry trends to ensure competitiveness;
- Guide employees through benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries, ensuring they have a clear understanding of their options and benefits.
- Ensure employee data is always up-to-date and take ownership of the HRIS, guaranteeing its accuracy and reliability.
- Provide support for special HR and People projects, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation within the department.
- Who you are
- You have prior experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or HR Generalist, ideally within a fast-paced environment;
- You proactively drive new initiatives, embrace change, and push for innovation without hesitation;
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong, effective relationships across all levels of the organization;
- You are fluent in both Portuguese and English, with Spanish being a plus;
- You handle sensitive information with discretion, always maintaining confidentiality;
- You excel at working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
- You thrive in fast-paced environments, confidently navigate ambiguity, and enjoy a challenge;
- You have a passion for innovative people solutions and process improvements.
