Senior Program Manager (M/F/D)

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to join the IT team of our client – a company specialized in the Telecom sector.

What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?


  • Be accountable for IT Solution Delivery from an end-to-end perspective in all project phases from initiation, solution design, product/ vendor selection, implementation project management, testing, go-live and business adoption;
  • Work closely with different business units, understanding their strategy and translating their business needs into innovative solution proposals;
  • Lead implementation projects, preferably in the Agile methodology, incrementally delivering business value and growing to final scope;
  • Manage the performance of IT partners and system integrators along the project phases, ensuring cost efficiency, adherence to timelines and quality of delivery.


What will be required from you?


  • Degree in Engineering or other similar area;
  • At least 05 years of professional experience in program/ project management;
  • Strong knowledge of project management frameworks and methodologies;
  • Good understanding of business drivers and customer focus;
  • Good communication skills, interpersonal relationships and strong stakeholders management skills;
  • Fluency in English both written and spoken;
