Role Overview


We are looking for an experienced Meta Advertising Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram). This role requires strategic thinking, data-driven decision making and deep expertise in Meta advertising to maximize ROI and drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute comprehensive media buying strategies across Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) to achieve company goals.
  • Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) to ensure maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative optimization to improve campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing and content departments) to create compelling ad creatives and copy.
  • Manage ad budgets, bid strategies, and scaling efforts to maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CTR, CPC, CPP, and ROAS, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Stay informed on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.


Key Requirements:


  • Experience: Minimum 3+ years in media buying, with a focus on Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
  • Media Buying and Planning: Extensive experience in campaign structuring, targeting, bidding, and budget management.
  • Analytical Thinking: Proficiency in data analysis, performance tracking, and reporting using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to present insights, collaborate with teams, and optimize messaging.
  • Experience in ERP, CRM related to Real Estate is an advantage
  • Meta Blueprint certification or similar media buying certification (preferred but not required).
