Fullstack Developer

As Tribe Digital Service Model (DSM), we use and expand digital assets to handle all our customers' service requests simply, transparently and conveniently. Our primary motivation is to make our products as accessible and tangible as possible, regardless of the initial input channel of the request. Through the quality of our assets and intelligent management, we create a broad, sustainable transformation from analog to digital interaction with our customers. For this purpose, we build a process-related and human bridge between our customers, sales and the Allianz units.

In team CoCo (Consent und Contact Data) we provide a centralized and comprehensive consent management solution that puts individuals in control of their data. We are developing and managing the Communication data and consents.

What You Do

• Work in an agile team and drive the further frontend and backend development and operation of services for our Consent and Contact Data applications.
• Contribute actively with your technical expertise when designing new functions and take over end-to-end responsibility for your developments.
• Contribute your own ideas and participate actively in discussions within and outside the team.
• Uphold agile values and contribute to a self-managing team’s planning and continuous improvement activities (e.g. Sprint Planning, Daily, Sprint Retrospective).
• Commit yourself to the team’s shared goals and work with your teammates.
  
  

What You Bring

• 3-5 Years of experience as Fullstack developer (with focus on Backend & DevOps).
• Technology Knowledge: Jira/Confluence, Java, Github, Angular, Springboot, Eventing, Kafka
• Very good knowledge of English, knowledge of German would be desirable.
• Agile mindset and knowledge of agile methodology (SCRUM).
• Critical thinking and end2end mindset & way of working.
• Strong team player with focus on team success and cooperation.
