Graduate - AI Engineer – Development of LLM Agents

In 18 months, you build up knowledge for your target function as – Graduate AI Engineer – Development of LLM Agents and get to know other business units.

In your future role as AI Engineer – Development of LLM Agents you will focus on the following tasks:

• Active participation in daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and task management.
• Support DAG engineers in designing, developing, and implementing advanced AI models and algorithms, with a particular focus on large language models (LLMs).
• Collaborate closely with the Platform, Infrastructure, and Technology Services teams to integrate cutting-edge GenAI solutions into our systems.
• Utilize DevOps best practices to streamline deployment processes and enhance system reliability.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to AI model performance and system integration.
• Contribute to the documentation of processes, models, and algorithms to support knowledge sharing and team collaboration.
  
  
  

Your profile

• Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or Engineering with a focus on Generative AI and Data Science.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C#, or Go with experience in AI and machine learning frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agentic AI, RAG, Prompt engineering, knowledge graphs and DevOps, MLOps, or LLMOps
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure is advantageous (certification beneficial).
• Excellent command of English is required, German is a plus.
• Ability to innovate, initiative and commitment with high quality standards.
• Competence in identifying issues, analysing situations, and developing effective solutions.
• Ability to work and deliver effectively within and across teams to achieve common goals as well as contributing to a positive atmosphere.
• Identification with LGT and its values.
