We are seeking a skilled Project Management Officer (PMO) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in project monitoring, and a good understanding of financial metrics. This role will focus on tracking project performance, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines, and supporting Project Managers with financial reporting and resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze project progress data, producing reports on timesheets, budget vs. forecast vs. actual spent, revenue forecast, and profitability.
- Provide project control and support by monitoring project performance and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Oversee resource allocation and billability to maximize project efficiency.
- Track timesheet bookings, invoicing, and overall project profitability, keeping Project Managers accountable.
- Support Project Managers in financial reporting.
- Ensure accurate and timely project financial documentation and reporting.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a Project Management Officer (PMO) role or a similar project control function.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good understanding of the business environment and financial metrics.
- Ability to handle and interpret financial data with precision.
- Knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting concepts.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
