Lead C++ Software Engineer

We are looking for a curious and driven Senior Software Developer to help shape the future of radio communication. As a key player in our product and development team, you’ll work on cutting-edge solutions, enhancing user experience and customer experience while collaborating via Notion and Microsoft 365.

Your Role:

• Build and optimize Windows applications (C++/C#) with a focus on usability and performance.
• Convert and enhance Delphi code while integrating new features in C++.
• Implement robust data transmission solutions using network protocols.
• Improve products based on our strategic roadmap.

Who You Are:

• 5+ years experience developing Windows applications in C++.
• Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP) and real-time data transmission.
• Team-oriented, proactive, and experienced with Microsoft 365 & Notion.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with C#, Java, .NET or backend languages.
• Familiarity with routing, load balancing, DNS, BGP, ARP.
