(senior) Project Manager - Aluminium

For our international client, REEL GmbH, we are exclusively looking for an experienced PROJECT MANAGER for its Aluminium business line, based in Hoofddorp, The Netherlands (5 minutes from Schiphol Airport)

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Lead international projects for special cranes
• Recognise risks and variations, suggest solutions and report to the management
• Coordinate all involved resources and parties
• Control the progress, considering qualitative and quantitative objectives
• Control the project budget
• To be in charge of the customer relationship
• Prepare and provide all necessary documents and instruments

Requirements

• Experienced Project Manager (5 – 10 years) with technical and commercial management skills
• International project management experience in a similar environment (Aluminium industry)
• Mechanical Engineering background
• Experience with project management methods (Prince2, PMP)
• Sense of responsibility and a high degree of communicative competence
• Proficient in English, both oral and written
• Willingness to travel worldwide (3 to 6 times per year, a few days in a row)
• Team player
