Product Manager

BiLira is a leading FinTech venture based in İstanbul Turkiye, backed by notable investors and partners. Our core technology TRYB, is a stable cryptocurrency pegged 1-to-1 to the Turkish Lira and is one of the largest non-USD stablecoins by market cap. Recently, we launched a crypto exchange platform designed to offer deep liquidity and the best prices for our users.

We are seeking a talented Product Manager to join our growing team. You will play a crucial role in designing, building, and improving our applications and services. This position focuses on creating customer focused, robust and secure digital products.

Responsibilities:

• Define Product Strategy: Own the vision, roadmap, and execution of our cryptocurrency exchange platform and related financial products.
• Drive Development: Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to build cutting-edge features that enhance user experience and trading efficiency. Identify and address bottlenecks in infrastructure, tools, or processes. Prepare product requirement documents (PRDs) and user stories, define acceptance criteria, and ensure their applicability throughout the development process.
• User-Centric Approach: Deeply understand our users’ needs and pain points through research, data analytics, and direct feedback.
• Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory developments in crypto, blockchain, and FinTech.
• Optimize Performance: Continuously track KPIs, user engagement, and operational efficiency to improve adoption and retention.
• Bridge Business & Technology: Work closely with marketing, compliance/legal, ops, finance and other teams to ensure seamless product rollout and adoption. Run the project communication with all stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate:

• BS degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or a role related field.
• Min. 4 years product management experience in FinTech, crypto exchanges, trading platforms, or financial services. Keen interest in blockchain, cryptocurrency, or FinTech is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration and interpersonal communication skills. A proactive, team-oriented approach with a passion for delivering high-quality software.
• Ability to translate business objectives into actionable product roadmaps.
• Hands-on experience with data-driven decision making, user research, and agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with API-driven platforms, trading systems, and liquidity management is a plus.
• Deep empathy for users and ability to prioritize features that maximize impact.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using metrics, A/B testing, and feedback loops to iterate quickly.
