Role overview

As the Technical onboarding specialist, you'll be at the forefront of bringing new providers and payers onto cutting-edge transactions exchange platform. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless integration and adoption of our clients' solutions.

Duration: 12-month contract

Key responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support across a range of applications, focusing on databases, SQL, operating systems, API integration and web servers
• Lead troubleshooting efforts for market accounts integrating with their platform
• Conduct comprehensive training sessions for super-users and end-users on platform technical specifications
• Develop and execute SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation
• Collaborate cross-functionally to overcome technical and operational challenges during implementation
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of technical processes, workflows, and use cases
• Develop engaging training materials to support ongoing learning initiatives

Required experience

• Strong knowledge of databases and SQL languages (e.g. SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL)
• Proficiency in Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems
• Experience with API integrations and web servers (IIS, Apache, Nginx)
• Familiarity supporting applications built on .NET, Java, or React frameworks
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Additional skills

• Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Scripting language proficiency (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
• Knowledge of containerisation technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Understanding of networking concepts and protocols
• Familiarity with data exchange standards like FHIR and languages like JSON
