User Experience Designer

We are looking for a UX Designer to join the team in Oslo!

What will your role involve?

User Research:

• Conduct user research through methods such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Analyse user feedback and behavior to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop user personas and journey maps to guide design decisions.

Design:

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
• Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.

Testing & Evaluation:

• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
• Analyse and present findings and recommendations to the team.
• Utilise analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of design changes.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the development team to ensure designs are implemented correctly and to the highest standards.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews.
• Advocate for the user experience within the organization.

We are looking for you to bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in UX design
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design, including wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
