Senior Designer

MBLM Dubai is looking for a Senior Designer to join us in a full-time position.

Your role as a senior designer is to lead and support multiple projects, meet deadlines with high-quality outcomes, and coordinate workload. We are looking for individuals who are self-driven, continuous learners, and are looking to grow professionally.

This position is a hands-on role and is focused on delivering innovative, insightful, and value-added design solutions to simple and complex client branding challenges. We are focused on B2B, B2G, and in categories such as large infrastructure projects, industrial, and finance.

Your deliverables are driven by conceptual thinking: identity design, design systems, activation materials, and website concept design, including all the typical digital / branding touchpoints.

In terms of experience, we are looking for someone with 6-7 years of experience, a positive can-do attitude, and a switch-on, get-it-done approach. We value flexibility and adaptability to different cultures and working methods - we work and move fast.

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Develop concepts, identities, digital design systems, UI kits, applications, brand verticals, guidelines, and presentation materials
• Coordinate project schedules by working closely with cross-functional teams to organize, plan, and prioritize deliverables
• Finalize deliverables based on schedules and allocation
• Understand client requirements and challenges, provide and present creative solutions
• Continually communicate with managers on updates and status
• Adhere to and follow MBLM internal systems (methods and processes)

Primary Job Qualifications

• Agency experience is a must
• Bachelor's Degree
• 6-7 years of related branding and digital experience
• Experience in either corporate or B2B
• Experience in large-scale branding projects
• Digital Native
