Business Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to understand their business needs and translate them into functional requirements for our development team. The role involves conducting detailed analysis, preparing documentation, and ensuring that IT solutions meet business objectives effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering:
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand business needs and pain points.
• Process Mapping:
• Map existing business processes and identify areas for improvement or automation.
• Develop and maintain process flow diagrams, use cases, and user stories.
• Documentation:
• Create clear and detailed requirement documents, business case reports, and functional specifications.
• Prepare technical specifications and user manuals for developed solutions.
• Data Analysis:
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.
• Generate reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure alignment.
• Translate technical jargon into business language to ensure stakeholders understand the project requirements and progress.
• Testing and Validation:
• Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) and support defect tracking and resolution.
• Ensure the delivered solutions align with the business requirements and add value to the business.
• Project Management Support:
• Support project management in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and resources.
• Help identify risks and dependencies and propose mitigation plans.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to drive process improvements.
• Propose and implement best practices in business analysis.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Fluent in Arabic
• Experience in business analysis, preferably in an IT or software development environment.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to identify areas for optimization.
• Proficient in business analysis tools like Microsoft Excel, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management practices.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
