In todayโs fast-evolving digital landscape, data-driven insights are the key to unlocking business growth. As a Digital Insights Manager, you will play a critical role in transforming data into strategic decisions, ensuring our marketing efforts are optimized for engagement, reach, and ROI.
Key Responsibilities
๐น Social & Business Analytics โ Extract real-time insights from social media, search engines and digital channels, complement the insights and data which are currently captured via traditional research.
๐น Integrated Data Analysis โ Combine multiple data sources, including syndicated research, digital platforms, and other ad-hoc data to solve complex business challenges.
๐น CRM Insights & Activation โ Leverage CRM data to develop deeper insights about our customers and their journeys, utilize those insights to drive business actions.
๐น Real-Time Campaign Optimization โ Evaluate digital campaigns on the go, providing actionable recommendations for performance enhancement.
๐น Digital Analytics & Performance Tracking โ Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, and other platforms to monitor trends and uncover growth opportunities.
๐น Cross-Functional Collaboration โ Work closely with the insights and analytics team, marketing, media, innovation, sales, data and technology teams to utilize insights for business decision.
๐น A/B Testing & Conversion Optimization โ Conduct experiments and analyze user behaviour to continuously enhance digital assets.
๐น Agile Research & AI Utilization โ Implement digital-first research solutions powered by AI and automation for faster, more precise insights.
๐น Consumer & Market Trends Reporting โ Deliver regular updates on category dynamics, emerging audiences, and industry shifts.
๐น Innovation & Best Practices โ Stay ahead of the latest digital analytics tools and trends, guiding the organization on their adoption.
๐น Languages - English & Arabic proficiency required
