UIUX Product/Solution Designer (Figma_FigJam_Angular_React)

Maltem Asia is seeking a UI UX Product/Solution Designer for a Wealth Management Client based in Singapore.

Summary :

Supporting Investment Services project.

Responsibilities:

• Apply design thinking methodologies to empathize with users, capture problems, and create solutions, prototype designs, and test them iteratively.
• Collaborate with product managers to evaluate user requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers to align on the tech feasibility of requirement and thus the solution.
• Execute all design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys, and use the information to create process maps, journeys, and wireframes.
• Design and deliver interactive prototypes.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems.
• Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.

Skillset Requirements:

• Possess a degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field or related field.
• Proven experience of at least 8 years as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma and FigJam.
• Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail.
• Familiarity with design thinking methodologies and the ability to apply them in the design process.
• Ability to present your designs to various stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity or experience working with Angular and React-based frameworks design system is a plus.
• Having relevant industry experience will be a big plus.
• Having practiced Lean UX in an Agile setup will be a bonus.
