User Experience Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer to join our team and drive user-centered design solutions for various software products. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating intuitive and visually appealing user experiences, conducting research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or related field;
• More than 4 years of experience in software development or user interface design;
• Strong expertise in mobile user experience (UX) design;
• Previous experience with user data analysis is preferred;
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar;
• Must have a portfolio of their work;
• Strong communication and collaboration skills;
• Ability to work in an agile development environment;
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment;
• Demonstrate application of design thinking and user interface design;
• Good communication skills and willing to ask questions.

Desired Skill-set

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web development frameworks (such as React, Angular, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research activities to discover and analyze user needs;
• Develop prototypes, wireframes, mockups, and storyboards to streamline software development;
• Collaborate across software development team functions to achieve project objectives;
• Create and implement design systems to ensure consistency across applications;
• Perform design critiques and provide constructive feedback to team members;
• Present concepts and designs during key stakeholder meetings.
