(Senior) Network Engineer

Job Description:

  • Participate in planning and design of network infrastructure.
  • Deploy, configure, and support the large-scale production network.
  • Proactively contribute to network documentation, policies, procedures, and services records.
  • Perform network device POC testing and validation.
  • Ensure that the infrastructure is consistently resilient and in compliance with local regulatory policies.
  • Provide technical support in network implementation projects wherever and whenever required.
  • Analyse traffic data, capacity planning for future expansion and optimize routing performance to lowest latency.
  • Required to provide on-call support occasionally


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Networking/Telecommunication or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years hands-on experience in either Arista, Cisco and Huawei products
  • Familiar with hands-on Palo Alto, Fortinet, Checkpoint related Firewall experience
  • Strong technical knowledge in BGP, OSPF, MPLS, EVPN, Segment Routing, QoS, IPSec, NAT, IPv6 etc
  • Basic scripting language like Python
  • CCNP/HCIP or equivalent certification is a plus
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and projects with minimal supervision
  • Able to work independently in fast paced environment
  • Good communication and coordination skills with both internal and external stakeholders
