Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Technology Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with banks and other financial institutions, bringing a unique blend of consulting and technology expertise. This role requires a deep understanding of the Chief Marketing Officer's (CMO) organization within a bank and the ability to provide insights and solutions based on current trends in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with CMOs and their teams to understand their marketing technology needs and challenges.
- Provide strategic consulting services to banks and financial institutions, focusing on marketing technology solutions.
- Analyse current marketing technology trends and their impact on the financial services industry.
- Develop and implement marketing technology strategies that align with the client's business objectives.
- Offer insights and recommendations based on industry best practices and emerging trends.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing technology solutions.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding and utilization of marketing technology.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in marketing technology and financial services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in marketing technology consulting, specifically within the banking and financial services sector.
- Proven track record of working with CMOs and senior marketing leaders in banks and financial institutions.
- Strong understanding of marketing technology platforms, tools, and trends.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and data analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the financial services industry.
- Certification in relevant marketing technology platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Adobe Marketing Cloud).
