Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and passionate UX/UI Designer to join our team in a remote position based in the United States.

As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a critical role in creating intuitive, user-centric interfaces that guide both current and future products. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will work closely with product management and development teams, leveraging your broad design skillset, from wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes, to translate user insights and business objectives into exceptional user experiences that delight our customers and drive future product innovations.

Requirements

  • Drive the UX/UI vision using user-centered design principles and research methods.
  • Design and conduct formal and informal user research sessions, using feedback to refine concepts and validate design decisions.
  • Create compelling design deliverables—including personas, journey maps, flow diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes—to communicate user experiences at every stage of the design process.
  • Help define the user model and user interface for new and existing products and features.
  • Develop interaction flows, mockups, and design prototypes to effectively communicate concepts to stakeholders.
  • Conduct and/or participate in product usability tests using findings to iterate and improve designs.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to iterate and refine designs throughout the development cycle.
  • Establish and maintain design documentation and guidelines to ensure consistency and alignment across products.
  • Advocate for design best practices and ensure user interface standards are implemented during development.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional team members and stakeholders, sharing design rationale and improvements.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree in Design, Human–Computer Interaction (HCI), or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design and development, with a por
  • Proficiency in Figma
  • Design portfolio demonstrating a strong design process with interaction and visual design skills.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally, globally and building consensus amongst multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience in creating wireframes, visual mockups, graphics, and user workflows
  • Excellent organization skills with proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and to adjust to frequent changes in project priorities
  • Flexibility, open-mindedness, ability and desire to learn.
  • Work independently with minimal direction
  • A solid understanding of the design and product development processes
  • Ability to work in an Agile development environment
  • Strong oral, written communication and presentation skills
