The ideal candidate will act as an employee champion and a leader of change. You will plan, develop, organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization's human resource function and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies to support organizational transformation initiatives.
- Lead organizational development efforts to enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and address organizational challenges and opportunities.
- Design and deliver training programs to build change management and leadership capabilities across the organization.
- Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures that align with the company's strategic goals.
- Manage talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning processes to ensure a high-performing workforce.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting best practices in HR and organizational development.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution and employee relations.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
- Ensure effective HR management across multiple sites, addressing site-specific needs and challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in HR.
- Proven experience in a senior HR role with a focus on change management and organizational development.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Ability to think strategically and drive organizational change.
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
- Experience managing HR functions across multiple sites.
