Overview

The Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing BI dashboards and reports, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility. The role requires expertise in QlikSense, SQL, Python/R, and experience working with large datasets to support data-driven decision-making.

Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst (Full time Role)

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize BI dashboards and reports in QlikSense and Tableau (optional).
• Design and manage reporting infrastructure for high performance and usability.
• Build and maintain codebases for reporting automation and UI development.
• Work with business and technical teams to transform complex data into actionable insights.
• Monitor data pipelines, ETL processes, and data integrity for accuracy and reliability.
• Support KPI tracking and business metrics analysis to enhance decision-making.
• Develop front-end UI components for data visualization dashboards.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in BI analysis, data analytics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and QlikSense (Tableau is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of data visualization, dashboard creation, and business reporting.
• Ability to build and maintain reporting pipelines for automated insights.
• Understanding of database structures, ETL, and data warehousing best practices.
• Strong analytical skills to identify business trends and detect anomalies.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present insights.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in performance tuning of BI tools and data visualization.
• Familiarity with data governance and security best practices.
