About The Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate critical technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, fluency in both Arabic and English, and the ability to manage projects effectively across multidisciplinary teams. This role requires ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Initiation

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Identify project dependencies and potential risks.
  
  

Execution & Monitoring

• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure clear communication of tasks.
• Monitor project performance against set objectives and milestones.
• Implement change management strategies to accommodate evolving requirements.
  
  

Risk Management

• Identify, analyze, and mitigate project-related risks.
• Develop contingency plans and escalate critical issues as needed.
  
  

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting

• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the project team.
• Prepare and present project status reports and dashboards.
• Facilitate meetings and track action items for follow-up.
• Effectively communicate in Arabic with local stakeholders to ensure alignment on project requirements.
  
  

Resource Coordination

• Allocate resources effectively to optimize productivity.
• Manage third-party vendors and contractors to ensure project compliance.
• Monitor and approve project-related expenses within budget.
  
  

Quality Assurance & Process Improvement

• Define and monitor quality metrics throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee testing and validation to meet project requirements.
• Lead post-project reviews for continuous improvement.
• Implement best practices in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s degree is a plus).
• Experience:5+ years managing medium to large IT projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects successfully.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, etc.).
• Language: Fluency in Arabic and English (written & spoken) is mandatory.
• Certifications (Preferred but not required): PMP (Project Management Professional)
• PRINCE2 (Projects IN Controlled Environments)
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certifications
