Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Initiation Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
2. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimation.
3. Identify project dependencies and manage potential risks and constraints.
4. Execution & Monitoring Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication of tasks and responsibilities.
5. Track project performance against established objectives, milestones, and deliverables.
6. Implement change management processes to accommodate shifting requirements.
7. Risk Management Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve project-related risks and issues.
8. Develop contingency plans and communicate risk mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
9. Escalate critical issues to senior management as necessary.
10. Stakeholder Communication & Reporting Serve as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the project team.
11. Prepare and present regular status reports, progress updates, and project dashboards.
12. Facilitate project meetings, document outcomes, and track action items for follow-up.
13. Communicate confidently and effectively in Arabic with regional or local stakeholders, ensuring project requirements are clearly understood. Resource Coordination Allocate internal and external resources effectively to optimize productivity.
14. Manage third-party vendors or contractors, ensuring they meet project standards and deadlines.
15. Review and approve project-related expenses, working within budget constraints.
16. Quality Assurance Define and monitor quality metrics throughout project lifecycles.
17. Oversee testing and validation processes to ensure project deliverables meet requirements.
18. Lead post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
19. Process Improvement Implement best practices in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
20. Advocate for continuous improvement to optimize project processes and workflows.
21. Encourage collaboration and knowledge-sharing to enhance team effectiveness.

Qualifications & Experience

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
2. Experience: 5+ years of experience managing medium to large IT projects.
3. Proven track record of successfully delivering projects within scope, on time, and within budget.
4. Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, or similar).
5. Language: Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory (written and spoken). Certifications (preferred but not required):PMP (Project Management Professional)
6. PRINCE2 (Projects IN Controlled Environments)
7. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certifications
