Construction Project Manager (Energy)

 Responsibilities:

• Сordination of all stages of renewable energy project implementation (solar, wind, hybrid plants, and energy storage systems).
• Development and oversight of the project roadmap execution.
• Organization and supervision of construction works, ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgets.
• Risk management and crisis resolution.
• Collaboration with government authorities, contractors, and technical consultants.
• Conducting negotiations and managing legal aspects of the project (permits, licenses, agreements).
• Project budget planning, cost control, and reporting.
• Optimization of financial and resource expenditures.
• Monitoring contractors' and suppliers' contractual obligations.
• Ensuring project compliance with technical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Quality control of equipment and construction works.
• Interaction with certification bodies and regulatory agencies.
• Organization and coordination of the project team’s work.
• Progress monitoring and preparation of regular reports.
• Market trend analysis in the renewable energy sector.
• Implementation of modern technological solutions to improve project efficiency.

Candidate requirements:

• Higher professional education (engineering or construction preferred).
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position (experience in the energy sector is an advantage).
• Experience in negotiations with contractors, drafting and approving technical specifications, and overseeing project execution.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and the sequence of construction activities.
• Ability to make decisions, take responsibility, and be accountable for project outcomes.
• English proficiency at an intermediate level (B1) or higher.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a multitasking environment.
