Data Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Analytics team. You will be responsible for data analysis, building automated dashboards and configuring alerts for anomalous metric values to ensure timely defect detection and inform all relevant workgroups about critical events.

Our main goal is to provide valuable insights into the experiences of our clients during the early stages, using our data warehouse and a variety of other sources. The team utilizes both traditional analytical tools and AI-based algorithms to analyze free-text feedback.

This position is suitable for people with disabilities and veterans with relevant experience.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Document data analysis results
• Create dashboards with infographics and analytics for product performance metrics
• Participate in project meetings to discuss task progress
• Report on product status compared to expected performance metrics
• Conduct exploratory data analysis, identify trends, and investigate patterns in data
• Automate routine tasks
• Test code and dashboards
• Optimize query performance, databases, and dashboards
• Adhere to data governance policies and security standards
  
  

Qualifications And Skills

• 4+ years in data analysis
• Experience in application of statistics and basic statistical methods for data analysis
• Experience in development of interactive dashboards with product analytics
• Experience in software development and testing
• Experience in report writing
• Experience in utilization of automation tools
