📌 Market Research & Company Analysis

— Identify companies that need manual sports data collection.

— Research industries such as sports analytics, betting, fantasy sports, media, and AI-powered sports solutions.

— Analyze companies and determine whether they fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

— Track competitors and identify gaps in the market.

📌 Data Collection & Organization

— Gather and organize information about potential clients in Google Sheets.

— Track industry trends and share insights on new market opportunities.

— Maintain and update internal databases with relevant company and contact details.

📌 Process Optimization

— Improve search methodologies by exploring new platforms and research techniques.

— Experiment with different approaches to expand our pipeline of potential clients.

— Propose innovative ways to discover hard-to-find companies in niche markets.

📌 Collaboration & Reporting

— Work closely with the CEO and sales team to align research with business priorities.

— Prepare reports and presentations summarizing research findings.

— Participate in team discussions and brainstorm ways to optimize lead generation strategies.
