Lead Developer Fullstack (all genders)

Your mission

As part of the expansion of our software portfolio, we are looking for Trivadis, a part of Accenture, for experienced application developers with expertise in the Open-Source and Java technology stack. You will be part of a dynamic, diverse, and motivated team within an open and collaborative company culture. We work in small, agile teams using modern development methodologies.

• Development of complex applications based on Java, Spring, and modern frontend technologies (Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, and others).
• Taking on responsibility as a Technical Leader and Mentor.
• Experience with continuous integration and microreleases.
• Consulting with customers and internal teams on requirements analysis, software architecture, technical challenges, and implementation strategies.
• Ensuring high software quality by continuously expanding test coverage.

Qualifications

Who you are

• Degree in (Business) Informatics, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in agile software development in the Java backend environment, with strong knowledge of modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular) and/or server-side GUI frameworks.
• In-depth knowledge of reactive programming (e.g., RxJS), API development (REST), and database technologies (SQL).
• Familiarity with cloud-ready development, microservices, and container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Good German and English skills.
