Java Specialist

Position: Java Developer

Location: Geneva, Switzerland (Hybrid)

Type: Full Time(Permanent)

Experience required -

Very good technical knowledge in:

• Mastery in Java development - Spring Integration (Hibernate, SQL, MQ Series)
• Integration of IT solutions into an existing architecture and infrastructure
• Excellent knowledge of continuous integration processes -

-"Problem-solving" oriented

-"Team player"

- Flexible and able to adapt to changes

A plus:

• Knowledge in Forex
• Knowledge of the FIX protocol
• Banking knowledge

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the design, development and implementation of the technical interfaces of the trading platform
• Work closely with the Lead Developers of the department as well as the entire Tech & Ops division
• Take charge of the estimates of the developments to be carried out and ensure their technical coordination
• Provide 3rd level support for the applications developed within the team and assist the level 2 support teams
• Accomplish development tasks and assume the technical coordination of the achievements carried out, following agile principles
• Guarantee the quality of the achievements by carrying out functional tests (FAT - Functional Acceptance Tests) of the components and interfaces
• Coordinate technical activities with the infrastructure and production teams
