Business Analyst – 18 Month Fixed Term Permanent Role

• SE Suburb Location / $125,000 - $140,000 Salary
• Be part of the Data Analytics function

Our client is an Australian organisation currently on their early data transformation journey.

A new role has been created for a Business Analyst who can work within the Data Analytics team and bridge the gap between the business and the data team as they uplift their data capability.

In addition to your direct involvement in the data analytics function, you will work closely with a senior stakeholder as you lead them on the journey.

You will be involved in a range of activities which will include……

• Be responsible for the elicitation of requirements through workshopping and interviewing.
• Assess current documentation and the development of new documentation
• Translate business requirements into technical data requirements.
• Working with senior leaders to take them through the transformation journey.
• Work with stakeholders and project team to assess the value feasibility of requirements
• Engage with all levels of stakeholders to understand what KPIs should look like within the organisation
• Conduct process analysis and process mapping to understand the current and future statement environment

Your experience will extend to….

• 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst with strong experience working with senior stakeholders to establish metrics & KPIs
• Experience working in complex environments, ideally with the Health sector
• Experience with data mapping, and data flow diagrams would be advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
