YOUR MISSION

To design intuitive, high-performing web experiences and marketing assets that captivate users and drive conversions. You’ll combine creative vision, technical expertise, and strategic thinking to craft digital designs that stand out.

This is a fully remote, full-time position.

WHAT YOU’RE GETTING INTO

• Design high-converting landing pages, product pages, and customer portals in Figma
• Develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile experiences
• Ensure mobile-first, responsive designs for seamless cross-device usability
• Craft intuitive UI/UX solutions that enhance user engagement and conversion rates
• Maintain visual consistency across all digital touchpoints, ensuring brand cohesion
• Design marketing assets, including banners, store icons, display ads, and social media creatives
• Develop product packaging, user manuals, and marketing collateral that align with brand identity
• Provide creative direction, collaborate with marketing and development teams, and oversee design execution to align with business goals
  
  

Who You Are

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in UI/UX design, specifically in eCommerce (must-have)
• Skills: High proficiency in Figma (wireframing, prototyping, UI kits), Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva
• Mindset: Creative, proactive, and detail-obsessed with a strong problem-solving approach
• Design Thinking: Deep understanding of user behavior, psychology, and CRO principles
• Work Ethic: Driven by high standards, takes ownership, and thrives in fast-paced environments
• Aesthetic Vision: Keen eye for design quality and the ability to craft visually compelling experiences

• 30 Days: You’ve mastered brand guidelines, designed key landing pages, and contributed to initial marketing assets
• 60 Days: You’re leading creative projects, optimizing user experiences, and collaborating seamlessly with the team
