Machine Learning Engineer

The mission of Predictive Analytics team within Marketing and Communication department is to develop, deploy and support usage of AI models to increase the reach and relevance of the campaigns.

As ML Engineer you will manage the data science ecosystem of the team to build and run our models (Domino Data Science Platform), setup data preparation pipelines, assure and monitor the quality of data sources used to generate indicators, run and monitor the performance of the models.

Function description

The Predictive Analytics team is looking for a Machine Learning (DevOps) Engineer with a proven track record on developing and deploying data science models in python environment as well as experience in data engineering.

You are part of data science team and will work on the following:

• Manage the execution and quality assurance of the monthly production run from data preparation, scoring and validation of different AI models and analytical indicators. Improve the automation of this process to make it more efficient
• Maintain and improve the existing python programs for collecting and validating data from different sources, for building, scoring, and performance monitoring of AI models of the team (e.g. python version upgrades)
• Interface between data scientists and IT to support the usage of the Domino Data Science Platform, the AI building blocks and the evolution of the python environment.
• Assist data scientist by helping them identify and install the correct dependencies in their environment, best practices for code quality, continuous improvement and automation
• Support the creation of new variables (data engineering), automatic refit of the data science models
• Explore new ways of combining the available tools of the bank (AI building blocks from Tribe AI) to unlock new capabilities for building AI products and supporting the data scientists.
• Work with a team of motivated data scientists who are eager to learn, collaborate and share expertise.

Language requirements

English

You have fluent knowledge of English (spoken and written)

Dutch/French

Fluent/Good level of Dutch (French is a plus)

Education

You have a degree in a quantitative field (e.g Master in computer sciences)

Candidates with other academic backgrounds with substantial experience in data science, ML DevOps are also encouraged to apply.

Required experience / knowledge

You have at least 3 years of relevant experience.
