Data Scientist AI

Mission context

The Tribe AI’s objective is to leverage data science use cases to create value for the bank. The use cases can come from any department of the Bank, for instance: Robotics, Compliance, Client service center,Marketing, Sales, ...

We are looking for an external consultant who can help us to use new generative AI tools like ChatGPT and Microsoft Office CoPilot to improve our employee productivity and efficiency in our standard activities. The consultant will work with different business users from different parts of the bank, such as marketing, sales, and back office, and with different profiles, such as managers, project managers, sales people, etc.

Function description

• Design and create the prompts that can elicit the best responses from the generative AI tools, using prompt engineering techniques and best practices
• Understand the business needs: Identify the use cases, the business need and scenarios where our generative AI tools can add value and solve problems
• Test and evaluate the quality and accuracy of the generative AI tools' outputs, using appropriate metrics and feedback mechanisms
• Train and coach the business users on how to use the
• generative AI tools e􀆯ectively and responsibly and begin to set in place a prompt academy
• Document and communicate the results and learnings of the project

• English Fluent

Education

• You have at least a Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline, such as statistics, mathematics, engineering (a PhD is considered an advantage) or MBA.
• Candidates with other academic backgrounds with substantial knowledge of prompt engineering technics are also encouraged to apply.

Required experience/ knowledge

You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in Data Science and

Analytics.

Technical experience

• Deep knowledge of generative AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Mistral, Llama, etc and Microsoft Office CoPilot, and their underlying principles of large language models
• Strong experience in advanced prompt engineering, including designing, creating, testing, and optimizing prompts for different tasks and domains
• Microsoft Office Copilot + Copilot ChatGPT, Gemini, ...

Business experience

• Business understanding and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa
• Communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts and results in a clear and concise manner
• Language skills, with fluency in French, Dutch, and English preferable Financial sector
