We are looking for Customer Value Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced project manager to join our team in the role of Customer Value Manager. In this role, you will lead projects related to price and portfolio changes, device migrations, legacy closure, and other legal notices for our B2C services (Broadband, TV, Mobile, VAS). Your mission will be to drive business goals and maximize customer value while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key responsibilities:
One of your primary responsibilities is to develop and implement strategies for customer migration activities. This involves analyzing customer data to create business plans, craft relevant offers, and design effective communications.
Collaboration is essential in your role. You work closely with cross-functional stakeholders from various departments, including communications, legal, product, technology, analytics, marketing, sales, billing, logistics, and customer care. Together, you aim to achieve your business goals.
To ensure your activities are successful, you continuously monitor and report on their effectiveness. Based on these insights, you recommend improvements to keep things moving forward.

Is this you?
- Completed higher education.
- 5 years or more proven track record in business, product or project management.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
- Ability to navigate complex situations with simplification and systematization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to switch between detailed and broader perspectives depending on stakeholder needs.
- Ability to make conclusions based on relevant information and make decisions independently.
- Proficiency in Estonian and English.
- A genuine passion for this opportunity.
