We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to shape the visual language of an iconic global brand, creating designs that celebrate artistry, storytelling, and cultural relevance.

In this role, you will:

• Bring characters to life through thoughtful, expressive design.
• Draw inspiration from art, heritage, and pop culture to create meaningful visuals.
• Craft stunning graphics for packaging, merchandise, and digital experiences.
• Design engaging assets for social media, campaigns, and immersive storytelling.
• Collaborate with a brilliant, passionate team of illustrators, marketers, and product designers.
• Participate in meetings, drive projects forward with the producers and the team, and work independently with clients.

We are looking for:

• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design and/or illustration, ideally with character brands.
• A portfolio that showcases artistic depth, cultural awareness, and storytelling.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Good illustration skills, animation skills are a bonus.
• A passion for visual narratives.
• An appreciation for the Moomin values.
• A true team player who thrives in a creative, culturally rich environment.
• Fluent English, Finnish and Swedish are a plus.

Please note that this is an on-site position based in Helsinki, with the option to work from home one day per week (4 days in the office). We cannot offer remote work, relocation assistance, or sponsorship for work visas. We will only consider candidates who are already living in Finland.
