Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer with expertise in Cisco ACI to join the EULISA project. This is a long-term role with a focus on network management and configuration, particularly with Cisco ACI systems. The successful candidate will work closely with other IT professionals to maintain and enhance the network infrastructure for the European Union Agency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage Cisco ACI-based network solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues in complex environments.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on network architecture, implementation, and optimization.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure network security and performance.
• Maintain and enhance network configurations, ensuring high availability and redundancy.
• Monitor and evaluate network performance and security risks, taking appropriate action to prevent issues.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant standards, policies, and procedures for EU networks.

Requirements:

• Mandatory:
• EU Nationality
• Clear Criminal Record (SC)
• Personal Security Clearance

Skills & Experience:

• Extensive experience with Cisco ACI and network automation tools.
• Strong knowledge of network design, architecture, and troubleshooting, with a focus on complex enterprise networks.
• Proficiency in network security standards, policies, and best practices.
• Solid understanding of IP networking, routing protocols, and network topologies.

Desirable:

• Previous experience working in an EU or government IT environment.
• Familiarity with EU security policies and compliance standards.
