About the Role:

As a UI/UX Designer Intern, you will play a vital role in shaping the look and feel of our digital platforms. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your design portfolio, work on real-world projects, and contribute to an impactful mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Research:
• Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
• Analyze user feedback and data to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
• Design Development:
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for web and mobile platforms.
• Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces aligned with Babylon's brand identity.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the development team to ensure design feasibility and implementation.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to align designs with organizational goals.
• Testing & Iteration:
• Conduct usability testing to refine designs and improve user experience.
• Continuously iterate based on feedback and emerging design trends.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Education: Students or recent graduates in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or related fields.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.
• Attributes:
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Passionate about enhancing user experiences and multiculturalism.
• Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability: Able to commit to a 3-6 month internship with flexible hours.

Internship Details:

• Duration: 3-6 months (flexible based on your availability).
• Location: Remote/Hybrid (based in Dublin, Ireland, but open to remote candidates).
