Key Responsibilities:

Research & Architecture:

• Design scalable HDSB (High Density Scoped Blockchain) architectures optimized for specific business purposes
• Develop consensus mechanisms that can adapt to different business and network needs
• Lead research in smart contracts and cross-chain interoperability
• Design systems for blockchain anchoring and notarization networks
• Architect solutions for secure digital identity systems supporting humans, IoT devices, and AI
• Develop cryptographic protocols

Technical Leadership:

• Guide implementation of native exchange systems for FIAT/token conversions
• Define architectural standards for business-oriented blockchain solutions
• Lead development of smart contract frameworks
• Design systems for legal compliance and digital signatures
• Oversee integration of public notarisation networks

Required Qualifications:

• MSc/Bsc in Computer Science, Cryptography, or related field
• 3+ years of experience in blockchain architecture and research
• Understanding of consensus algorithms and distributed systems
• Knowledge of smart contract development
• Experience with identity management systems and digital signatures
• Background in cryptographic protocols (ECDSA, RSA)

Technical aspects you will deal with:

• Distributed systems design with focus on business applications
• Digital identity and compliance systems
• High-performance blockchain architectures
• Cross-chain interoperability
• Byzantine fault tolerance implementations
• Cryptographic protocol design
• Rust programming language

Together, you'll transform business requirements into innovative blockchain architectures, bridging research with practical implementation. Though remote, you'll be deeply integrated into our core technical team, leading daily architectural decisions and research initiatives.
