UX/UI Designer (2 m. Freelancer)

Gurtam is looking for a freelance UX/UI designer to support the development of a tool designed to streamline employee lifecycle data and enhance HRBP and manager processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in CRM systems and HR tools, with a strong understanding of user experience best practices.

💼 Duration: 2 months (with the possibility of extension)

📍 Remote with a official certificate of individual activity from a freelancer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the product team to define and refine UX/UI requirement.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to improve the usability of the platform.
• Conduct research on best practices in HR tools and CRM solutions.
• Review and iterate designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
• Work closely with developers to ensure smooth implementation of UI designs.
• Ensure a consistent design system across all screens.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in CRM or HR systems.
• Portfolio showcasing experience with B2B tools, dashboards, or HR platforms.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and best UX practices.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Ability to iterate quickly based on feedback.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of front-end development principles is a plus.
