Description

Amazon is looking for a talented, smart, and enthusiastic Senior Product Manager to focus on managing part of the Hardlines Private Brands product family under Amazon Basics in Europe. Private Brands is a long-term growth opportunity for Amazon. This role can be based in either Luxembourg or London.

You Will Need To

  • Understand market segment trends and landscape for your category to create strategic and immediate operating plans for your category
  • Have a strong grasp of P&L input levers
  • Thrive in ambiguous work environments
  • Be a smart, hard-working and creative person who loves products, loves solving difficult problems and "getting it done"
  • Be comfortable collaborating and influencing team members including retail, sourcing, legal, patent and product compliance
  • Have strong project management abilities to drive scalable initiatives on behalf of the private brands business

Key job responsibilities

In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For Delivering

  • Top and bottom line growth for the categories under your remit
  • Creating a data-driven long-term roadmap for each category
  • Identifying new product development opportunities and current products in need of refresh
  • Driving the success of new product launches

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with end to end product delivery
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Experience as a product manager or owner
  • Experience owning technology products
  • Experience with product cycles of 6+ months
  • Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
