Description
The Seller fees team sets the overall monetization strategy for our marketplace businesses across Europe and UK. We are a high impact team responsible for driving top and bottom line impacts for the Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) business. Roles on this team have high leadership visibility.
We are seeking an innovative senior product manager at the intersection of global supply chain, marketplace business and product development. The role is within our Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) service where we offer Sellers solutions for inbounding, distributing, storing, fulfilling or liquidating, and processing returns of their inventory. As a product manager, you will be supporting Business leadership in the definition of the strategies that sets economic conditions through fees and incentives across Amazon’s fulfillment network to drive business growth, profitability and inventory health and productivity. You will be working cross functionally with WW Business Leaders, Finance, Data Scientists, and Software Developers to support fee strategies, coordinate requirements for product solutions including delivering world-class Seller Experience, and understand the economic impacts of those fee strategies on the FBA business. The candidate must have excellent quantitative and data analytical abilities and have experience working with science / economists to assess and measure impact, and build predictive models. Candidate will have strong financial acumen to understand tradeoffs to Amazon's business and be able to work with Software Developers in communicating requirements and testing product solutions. Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable in presenting work to senior leaders. Candidate must have a strong bias toward data-driven decision making with high impact

The Selling Partner Fees team owns the end-to-end fees experience for all third party sellers. This includes the fee strategy, platforms, operations, seller experience, integrity, and fee science. We provide scalable technology to monetize all services available to third-party sellers across Amazon EU Stores.

- Support End to end product delivery including working with technical stakeholders including Technical Program Managers (TPMs), Software Development Managers (SDMs), and Applied Scientists, to outline and influence the technical design at all product life cycle stages
- Coordinate internal technical conversation and ownmake recommendations to Business Leadership about the trade-offs between technical cost and business value, and optimize QA/testing
- Must be able to support Leadership in the development of fee products with world-class Seller Experiences with end-to-end product thinking

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience performing statistical analysis of data using SQL, Excel and other tools
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Understanding of business finance and P&L
- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, QuickSight
