Enthusiasm and results orientation will be essential to support the development teams and learn within

Investment Management Technology & Analytics (IMTA). You will work in a dynamic environment with

multi-disciplinary teams working for the Investment Management value chain.

This is what you will use your talents for as a Developer at Van Lanschot Kempen. You will use your

technical and people skills to inspire and support our teams. During the internship, you will work with

highly motivated teams that work on product increments every two weeks through sprints. All teams

contribute to the Investment Management value chain.

This internship is set to start in September 2025.

You also have the following tasks:

• Participating in Scrum Events like the daily start;
• Performing code reviews;
• Cooperate in quality assurance process;
• Develop solutions using latest tools and techniques (Azure DevOps and Azure Services)
• Brainstorm new ideas and participate in discussions with the stakeholders.

Backend Developer. Talents that you use to guide our customers in a constantly changing world; by

thinking out of the box and asking questions. If you are a good listener and have problem solving and

analytical skills and attention to detail you will excel. In addition:

• You are a fourth year bachelor student;
• You are passionate about technology and tools;
• You have good basic development skills in C# and .Net;
• You have good mastery of English, both oral and written;
• Financial background and knowledge are nice to have
