Your mission will be contribute to the transformation of work processes by promoting the automation of end-to-end processes and delivering valuable data-driven insights, leverage advanced analytics techniques and Group tools to optimize finance operations and drive informed decision-making and at the same time enhancing efficiency and accuracy and develop and deliver comprehensive and timely presentations and reports for managers and top management, ensuring accurate and relevant information is effectively communicated.

 

A day in the life of an Business and Data Analyst

• Lead Financial Planning and Analytics market related projects, tools, and reports initiated both locally and at the Zone level to ensure consistency and quality of financial data
• Work on continuous improvement and simplifications of existing processes, tools and systems, seeking to provide more insightful and relevant data
• Active involvement in Corporate decks preparation: Quarterly Business Reviews, Business Reviews, Iberian NiMCOM, Spain NiMCOM, Portugal NiMCOM, DF Reviews, etc.
• Work closely with Businesses and FP&A teams to provide a high-quality data / timely framework, as well as the reliable measurement of selected key KPI's
  
  

What Will Make You Successful

• University degree in Finance, Business, or equivalent
• 2-4 years in a finance role (business, corporate or above market)
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Power BI and Think Cell
• Experience in leading Projects of any kind
• Stakeholder management in matrix organization
• Attentive to details and able to work with a big volume of data
• Understanding of finance in general with P&L knowledge being a plus
