Fintech Lawyer (2 - 8 years PQE)

About the Role:

We are working with a leading law firm seeking a skilled FinTech Lawyer to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience advising clients on complex financial technology matters, including regulatory compliance, fintech innovations, and digital payments.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel on FinTech-related issues, including blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and regulatory matters.
• Advise clients on financial services law and regulatory compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to fintech and technology transactions.
• Stay updated on industry developments and emerging legal trends in FinTech.

Requirements:

• Qualified lawyer to the Slovenian Bar Association with a strong background in FinTech law.
• Experience in financial services, technology, or digital payments law.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage complex legal matters in a fast-paced environment.
